Harbin China

Harbin is the capital of Heilongjiang Province in Northeast China. Harbin hosts the Harbin Ice Festival each winter. Special historical processes and a favorable geographical position created a beautiful city, touched with a hint of exoticism: Harbin brings together the histories and cultures of northern minorities and assimilates Russian and Eastern European flavors as well. The city is also known as the City of Ice, the Oriental Moscow, and Oriental Little Paris. Harbin has lovely scenery and distinct seasons. Sun Island, the Siberian Tiger Park, Stalin Park, Erlong Mountain Scenic Spot, Yuquan Hunting Center, Zhongyang Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, the Confucian Temple, and the Jile Buddhist Temple are famous tourist resorts. Besides, Harbin is also a famous center for ice and snow art. Yabuli Ski Resort, the Ice-Lantern Show in Zhaolin Park, snow sculptures, and winter-swimming in Songhua River is world famous and attracts more and more tourists from home and abroad every year.
