I had a nightmare at the checking when we were met with upsetting treatments by the Manager Prateek. We were 3, me, my wife and a minor son. The first argument begun when Prateek insisted us to take a copy of passport of the child which is prohibited by international privacy laws. We Asked him that we can discuss this next morning as it was 3:00 at night and we were visibly sick. But Preateek didn't show any respect to Privacy GDPR laws and said he wouldn't check us in without saving copy of ID of a minor. However when I asked the mandate he failed to show anything in his support. This was a rude, and incompetent behavior for a manager. After checking he got again in to greed and egregious argument that I must pay Rs. 2500 tax per day extra for the minor. I argued that the booked room allows 3 persons as it shows "Sleeps 3". He insisted that it doesn't matter, we must pay for the third person. I argued that we already have 2 beds in the room and we will not need the 3rd bed. But he was extremely stubborn. I said I have already paid the room on Expedia and I can't pay the extra that he wants and if he wants we can cancel the reservation. He says then that I will not get any refund. I got upset. We were sick and it was 3:00 night but nothing moved him at all. We felt that we are being extorted of money. Stressed and terrified my wife chose to pay that. You may have a wonderful hotel but respect and hospitability was missing and we didn't feel welcome. Our stay is spoiled.

Situat pe malurile râului Yamuna și în partea de nord a țării, Delhi este capitala Indiei și sediul Guvernului. Delhi este un oraș imens și haotic, plin de contraste. Deși Delhi este în multe feluri esența Indiei moderne, datorită istoriei sale lungi, are multe monumente antice și medievale, situri arheologice și rămășițe importante și este considerat unul dintre cele mai vechi orașe existente în lume. Delhi este împărțit între străduțele înguste și aglomerate din Vechiul Delhi, inclusiv strada sa principală Chandni Chowk, unde nu s-a schimbat prea mult în ultimul timp, și străzile largi, curate și bordate de copaci din Noul Delhi. Guvernul și birourile sale se află în Noul Delhi, capitala oficială, în timp ce majoritatea cartierelor și monumentelor sale istorice se află în Vechiul Delhi. Delhi a moștenit un număr uimitor de monumente splendide din diverse perioade arhitecturale și este pur și simplu o bucurie să te plimbi prin această metropolă fascinantă.
